first ... are you talking about fire sound and/or reload sounds ??

fire sounds are easy to change => fireSound\weap_g3_fire_npc\fireSoundPlayer\weap_g3_fire_plr (e.g.)

reload and rechamber sounds are set in anims AND in weapon files
- in the weapon file
weap_imbel_clipout_plr weap_imbel_clipout_plr
weap_imbel_clipin_plr weap_imbel_clipin_plr
weap_imbel_chamber_plr weap_imbel_chamber_plr
weap_imbel_lift_plr weap_imbel_lift_plr
- you must have the same sounds in reload and reload empty anims and first raise anim
